FUN DAY on the Waterfront – Oct 18, 2026 – Vendor Tables $150

Contract Agreement

This agreement is between Bury Me Muslim Inc. (Event Sponsor) and the Vendor (Listed Above) for participation in "FUN DAY on the Waterfront" on Sunday, October 18, 2026, at Ropewalk Pavilion @ Bladensburg Waterfront Park, 4601 Annapolis Road, Bladensburg, MD 20716 from 10:00am - 4:00 PM EDT.

Vendor space includes one (1) 8' x 4' table and two (2) folding chairs, within the established vendor set-up area on a first-come, first-serve basis, based on available sales categories, for a fee of $150.00 per Vendor, within 72 hours of prior approval via email from Event Sponsor. NO ELECTRICITY OR POWER WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE AT VENDOR TABLES.

Required Documentation to Participate:

1) Proof of Permits to be emailed to Event Sponsor via email to  BuryMeMuslim@gmail.com within 72 hours of acceptance/prior approval, including but not limited to any and all licenses required to serve/sell food at a public event. This includes a valid Prince George's County/Maryland Health Department permit(s).

2) Proof of Approval from Event Sponsor is required at Registration Table on the Day of the Event.

3) The Vendor must adhere to set-up time of 9:00am - 10:00am EDT and breakdown time of 3:00 - 4:00pm EDT with all sales and breakdown completed no later than 4:00pm EDT on the day of the event.

4) All food and beverages must be commercially or appropriately pre-packaged, properly labeled, and handled in accordance with applicable health and safety food requirements.

5) All pre-packaged food/drink Vendors are responsible for ensuring that all products are safe for consumption and have not exceeded their expiration date and no opened, damaged, expired, or improperly packaged products may be sold.

6) All products must be appropriate for a family-friendly event.

7) The Vendor is responsible for any damages caused and Event Sponsor is not liable for injuries, theft, or damages to Vendor property.

8) The Vendor must clean their display area(s) and dispose of any waste properly.

9) The Event Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event due to weather, emergencies, venue restrictions, or other circumstances beyond its control. However, Vendors will receive a full refund of $150.00 if event is cancelled or shut down within three (3) hours of its start time of 10:00am EDT., or 1:00pm EDT.

10) NO CASH transactions are permitted at the venue. Vendor(s) must be prepared to accept credit/debit cards, Zelle, PayPal, CashApp, Venmo, etc.

Contract Agreement is considered accepted by the Vendor by signing the Waiver below. The Event Sponsor will email a signed copy to the Vendor upon acceptance.

Waiver

By signing below, I acknowledge and agree to this waiver on October 18, 2026, for "A FUN DAY WITH BURY ME MUSLIM" at Bladensburg Waterfront Park (10:00am - 4:00pm EDT). By signing this waiver, I acknowledge and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bury Me Muslim, Inc. and/or Maryland-National Capital Park & Planning Commission from and all acts, liability claims, suits, damage, costs or expenses of any kind which may be brought or made against Bury Me Muslim Inc. and/or Maryland-National Capital Park & Planning Commission or which Bury Me Muslim, Inc. and/or Maryland-National Capital Park & Planning Commission must pay or incur by reason of or in any matter resulting from injury, loss or damage to persons or property resulting from his/her actions of or failure to perform any of his/her obligations during the duration of this event.
