By signing below, I acknowledge and agree to this waiver on October 18, 2026, for "A FUN DAY with Bury Me Muslim Inc." at Bladensburg Waterfront Park (10:00am - 4:00pm EDT). By signing this waiver, I acknowledge and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bury Me Muslim, Inc. and/or Maryland-National Capital Park & Planning Commission from and all acts, liability claims, suits, damage, costs or expenses of any kind which may be brought or made against Bury Me Muslim Inc. and/or Maryland-National Capital Park & Planning Commission or which Bury Me Muslim, Inc. and/or Maryland-National Capital Park & Planning Commission must pay or incur by reason of or in any matter resulting from injury, loss or damage to persons or property resulting from his/her actions of or failure to perform any of his/her obligations during the duration of this event. ALL ADULTS MUST SIGN and attest to agreement for children attending.
